Software Solutions for Growing Businesses
We build the software your business runs on, not the software your business works around.
KRG UniTech designs, builds, and maintains custom software and packaged products for operations teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools.
Businesses we build for
Ready-made products, or something built for you
Start with a UniTech product and configure it to your workflow, or bring us a problem none of them solve yet.
UniTrack
Production and inventory tracking from raw material to shipped order.
UniFlow
Workflow and approval automation for the requests that stall in email.
UniDesk
An internal helpdesk your team actually opens instead of a shared inbox.
What clients say after launch
A few notes from the operations teams we've worked with.
"We went from three spreadsheets to one screen everyone actually checks. Onboarding the floor team took an afternoon."
"The build plan was honest about what would take longer than we hoped. Nothing came as a surprise at review time."
"Support answers the same day, every time. That alone was worth switching from our last vendor."
Tell us what's slowing your team down. We'll tell you what it takes to fix it.

Ask usServices
Three ways we plug into your business.
Most engagements fall into one of these. We scope from the actual problem on your floor or in your inbox, not a fixed package.
Custom business software
Order tracking, inventory, scheduling, and internal tools built around how your team already works.
Web & mobile applications
Customer portals, ordering apps, and field-service tools your staff and clients can pick up without training.
Ongoing support & upgrades
A direct line to the people who built your system, so fixes and new features don't wait behind a ticket queue.
How an engagement runs
Four stages, roughly in this order — though most projects loop back to discovery once or twice before launch.
Common questions
What most people ask before starting a project.
Small tools ship in three to six weeks. Larger systems with multiple departments usually run eight to fourteen weeks, split into two-week review cycles so you see progress the whole way through.
Yes. The industries listed are where we have the most repeat work, not a limit. If your process involves tracking orders, approvals, or scheduling, it's likely a good fit.
Most clients move to a standing support arrangement — a fixed monthly block of hours for fixes, small features, and questions, with the same team that built the system.
Usually. We connect to existing accounting, inventory, or CRM systems where an integration exists, and flag early if something would need custom work first.
About KRG UniTech
Software built by people who've sat on the operations side of the table.
We started KRG UniTech to close the gap between what off-the-shelf software offers and what a specific business actually needs to run smoothly.
Why we do this
Most businesses we work with didn't need more software — they needed the right software, built around a process nobody else had bothered to understand.
What we value
The principles that shape how an engagement actually runs.
Understand before we build
We spend real time with the people doing the work before proposing a solution, not just the person who signs the contract.
No surprise invoices
Scope and cost are set before work starts, and we flag changes as soon as we see them coming — not at the final bill.
Stay after launch
A system that isn't supported after go-live is a system that quietly falls out of use. We stay on the account.
Recent Work
A production scheduling system built for a mid-size manufacturer.
Two examples of how we take a team off spreadsheets and onto software they actually keep using.
Manufacturing · Production planning
Replacing three spreadsheets and a whiteboard with one scheduling system
A uniform manufacturer was planning production runs across paper job cards and a shared spreadsheet that only one person knew how to update. We built a scheduling tool that tracks orders from cutting through packing, flags material shortages before a run starts, and gives floor supervisors a live view on a shop-floor tablet.
Logistics · Internal approvals
Cutting a five-day purchase approval down to same-day
A regional distributor routed every purchase request through email chains that regularly stalled when someone was travelling. We replaced it with a UniFlow-based approval chain that routes automatically by amount and department, with status visible to whoever raised the request.
